I’ve really enjoyed playing that company of heroes RTS, it has been one of the better (if not the best) WW2 strategy games out there. But lately something strange has been going on with it; it's been hard to finish a game. From what I hear some exploits are being used and the subsequent patches are ruining the game.

Mario Kart Wii feels so much like the DS version it's uncanny. They gave a good solution to the snaking exploit, making it time based (on the DS it depends on how quick you were with the buttons...). I just don't like the whole think about playing the same 8 cups 4 times to unlock all the content. Using the wii wheel, while pretty cool as an interface device, will put you at a serious disadvantage when trying to compete against other human players that use the GameCube controller. Still, it’s a great game, and I expect to be on it for a long time XD

I recently reinstalled the Sims 1 on my PC, I wanted to try something with a floor plan from a house I was considering buying. It translated really well. Even though it looks like crap from outside, the innards are surprisingly identical to the actual house. It's amazing how addictive that game is, even after all these years.

Battle star Galatica is coming along rather nicely. I'm curious as to how they are going to tie up all the major storylines in the 16 episodes they have left, but if they keep going with all the plot twists the last thing this series will be is predictable.

I look through Newgrounds and YTMD everyday. I really shouldn't (have way too many things to do to be burning up time like that). Check out Mullet Man reference in the latest Caribbean Blue webcomic XD

I don' know how some webcomic artists manage to keep it up year after year, being as consistent as they are. I really don't. Yet any comic that hopes to be successful needs to be consistent with their updates. At least I'm still at it after 3 years and 150 pages (just over the hill, hoping to be done by #250 T_T). I read several comics, but these are the ones I keep up with on a constant basis.

I owe a couple of works to people, I have for a while now, and I've learned of the value of not taking on new artworks before finishing up old ones. So I'll have to keep myself from any new trades for a while... T_T

And of course, Caribbean Blue never ends, lol I am happy that I'm almost done translating and releasing the original TinaOnLine comics (and amazed that the last one was from early 2002, has it really been that long? o_O'. Nekonny will "appear" for the first time in the comics this week (on Wed, I think), so it's somewhat of a milestone event XD.

I'm thinking about buying a house, a nice two story townhome, now that the prices are finally reaching somewhat bearable levels where I live. Gas is not going to help out though.

I have 2 more weeks of vacation time this year, but I'm reluctant to do anything because of the house (but then again, I don't want to spend the rest of my life stuck at home because it's expensive to go out and travel).

Lastly, the donation drive at my site is almost complete! Thanks to a recent generous donation, we should be less than 200 shy of our goal! I can't wait to get that new PC; it's been so long T_T. With it I would be able to speed up production on the comic and possibly start working on my game again (which has been on hiatus for months now).
