Perhaps not so much a quest (because looking back it's hard for me to say I've improved much) as more a running record of my "1st day of the year" drawing tradition.

Seeing all the other QFI drawings out there, I felt like posting something as well

And several of these drawings have never been posted before, so...

Impressive! From what I've seen, a lot of artists take a little while until the spark hits and then their artwork just skyrockets. It's clear that, as you noted, you made a big jump by 2001. It's also always fun to look a few years in the past and compare to present, and imagine what it'll be like a few years in the future! Good job
